This was 9 unit apartment complex on Sierra Madre Street.

This iron gate surrounding a swimming pool was needing serious attention. Previous painters did not prepare the metal correctly and the paint was flaking and peeling off the metal.

We worked on removing all peeling areas, sanding and scraping away loose paint, applied metal primer and then applied high grade alkyd enamel paint that should last much longer before it needs to be painted again.

We painted nearly 300 2"x8" rafter tails on this beautiful ranch home.
